I wait for 2 hours before I’m seen just to be rushed out without any meaningful contact or explanation on my test results or outcomes. No real collaboration on my condition or problem solving. Even basic questions are answered in brief and without any real explanation.

I dislike the check in and check out and the long waits, however, it is worth it to see such a wonderful and compassionate doctor. I love her positive attitude and she is very encouraging and quite kind. I think she goes above and beyond what she is required to do.
