Nurses looked me in the eyes and cried and apologized. For what? I found out "what" they were sorry for 2 years after and it came with zero accountability. This place took something away from me that I can never get back and you lied to my face about it then used the system to deflect responsibility. I hope you think about it as much as I do. What you did to me and my family was a profound injustice. Dont forget, because I wont ever.
Really nice staff and the facility is in a great community.
