Sumac Cafe is one of our favorite restaurants in Cottonwood Heights. I love Persian food, and they have some of the best. We always get the chicken kabobs and the Vaziri with mast-o-khiar, and everything is consistently delicious. It’s a family-owned business with the sweetest owners, and the service always feels warm and personal. It can get busy on Friday and Saturday nights, but it’s easy to call ahead and reserve a table.
