Friendly people and the item works exactly as promised. I bought a healthcare grade weighing scale, which has now told me that I weigh 140.57 lbs. My old body fat scale says 140.6, so I'm calling it good! Prices and selection are very good. Location is a little industrial, but it's easy to find and they have a private parking lot - Google will get you there without a problem. Thank you

We received no power cord and in all our calls to samsung are unable to get the manual. In trying to reach SUM company, we're completely shut down.They don't want to talk to us We've been robbed by them sending An unworkable product.
