This was my first time going so I wasn't aware they prefer appointments but I went on a Friday morning so it was just me the whole time. They were super nice, paid attention to detail, did my manicure and pedicure at the same time. I've tried several places in Kokomo and this is by far the best. I recently moved to the area & this is the first nail salon I've visited so far. My 1st impression wasn't a very good one. I called beforehand to verify pricing & if walk ins were welcome. Upon arriving, I immediately felt the negative energy. I got acrylic full set with gel polish & a pedicure with gel polish, just 1 color, no designs. I had a very disappointing experience at Suly Nail & Spa in Kokomo. I went in for a gel manicure and showed an inspiration picture of what I wanted. When the service was finished, my nails looked completely different from the photo I showed. I’m not someone who likes confrontation, so I initially paid and left.
