I recently moved to the area & this is the first nail salon I've visited so far. My 1st impression wasn't a very good one. I called beforehand to verify pricing & if walk ins were welcome. Upon arriving, I immediately felt the negative energy. I got acrylic full set with gel polish & a pedicure with gel polish, just 1 color, no designs. I had a very disappointing experience at Suly Nail & Spa in Kokomo. I went in for a gel manicure and showed an inspiration picture of what I wanted. When the service was finished, my nails looked completely different from the photo I showed. I’m not someone who likes confrontation, so I initially paid and left. very unprofessional , rude and uncalled for. I had an issue with my nails and had cuts on my skin so asked for them to be redone . The male worker grabbed my phone and started to argue with me aggressively. After that i got seated for my nails to be redone by the lady. Even though he wasn’t even doing my nails , he continued to argue with me as he was doing someone else’s nails!
Extremely friendly and professional. I love that he took his time and expressed to me to come back and he'd fix anything I didn't like or if there were any problems. I doubt that I will have to do that because my nails look and feel great! I highly recommend!
VERY good service. Just moved to Kokomo from Indianapolis and was looking for a new nail salon and I'm so glad I picked Suly Nails & Spa! Highly recommend! And yes it is appointments only but you won't be disappointed in the service.
