Everyone was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. I was taken to the room before my appointment time, but had to wait a while for the doctor. It was worth the wait. He identified my problem and explained how to fix it. When I told him I didn't understand, he explained it to me in a way that I could, without any condescension. He told me he was going to write a letter to the nurse practitioner who referred me, thanking her for recognizing that I needed a heart monitor, which led to the diagnosis. I waited to see the doctor for about an hour. When he came in he didn't even examine me, or listen to my heart. He read my file and indicated I seemed "healthy", then told me he would see me again in about 18-months. The ER I visited a few days before indicated he may suggest a stress test and dig into what happened to me (to be in so much pain, I had to call an ambulance), but he didn't. I'm very disappointed
Dr. Siddique, was very informative with my situation and answered all my questions. I felt safe in his care.
This appointment was clearly a caring experience. I was uneasy at first as Iam 85 years old, and not sure how much effort I was willing to put into my care. I am healthy, full of life, and perky. I feel that the entire staff agrees that being my best was their goal. Thank you, Nancy Sellers.
