RecommendedHas awesome doctors and friendly staff they treat you like part of the family
The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional. From trying to schedule around my kids school and bus schedule to me canceling my appointment because she didn't want to do her job to verify my insurance. I have heard wonderful things about the surgeons, especially Dr. Ledet, but I will have my doctor refer me somewhere else because the staff is not pleasant at all.
Stop blaming patient because of your poor way of communicating with them.
Short wait time in lobby, kind and professional staff, Dr. Castleberry was very understanding and helpful. Would highly recommend this clinic. :)
Poor customer service skills from ladies in front office
Was in Calcam hospital for 4 days Castleberry said i had gastro something, everyday he said he would do a scope and never happened. I came to memorial hospital a week after being discharged from calcam. Memorial scoped me the first day and found two ulcers, 1 of them the size of a baseball.
Had my gallbladder removed last week, still have site pain but I LOVE Dr. Castleberry, Ledet and staff. Nurses at the hospital were great too!! Thank you so much for a great experience!!
Absolutely love Dr. Ledet and his staff. So caring and concerned. Thanks for the wonderful care.
