Just wanted to come on here and say what an amazing person you have name Hunter. I was at the store and me being older I can not do much so I asked him for some help. I purchased a truck from these guys and it was supposed to be new but was not and there was several issues with it and they refuse to fix the vehicle or make it right...never buy another Dodge and avoid these crooked people!
Canceled extended warranty back in June 2025 here it is September 20 25 and we have not received the refund for the extended warranty. We have left messages with the warranty Clerk. If she does call back, she always has an excuse as to why we haven’t been issued a refund no company takes this long to issue an extended warranty refund. Terrible customer
The service department & technician (Greg N) is amazing here at this location. Kane Patterson provides the best customer service. He is very professional and kept me updated from start to finish. He takes pride in his work and I will always make this hour + drive (one way) to this location for any service I need. I will definitely recommend anyone I know to Nottingham's SS Dodge location.
