Very great pricing. The business and storage units are very clean and well maintained. Renting was simple and you can reserve a unit online before you go there. The manager Karissa was very knowledgeable and professional. She explained the rules and policies and was very informative. They have great business hours open everyday from 6am-10pm. The security gate and code system is a big plus and your payment includes insurance on your stored item. Awesome service! Highly recommended.
I purchased a small climate controlled unit and I am very pleased with the temperature and it very clean...all around good storage facility 5 stars!!! TWO THUMBS UPPP
My dad and I both have units. Two different locations Two very different experiences. His unit is in Sulphur. Things happen you know, and sometimes rent is paid due a little bit late, that’s fine. I understand that they have their own policies and procedures. However, I showed up one day with my dad and could not access his unit because there was a red lock on the unit So A few days later, when my dad got his disability check, his brother went and made the payment for him. If I could give this place no stars I would .. Zero Security, Zero Common Sense, Useless Management – Stay Away! If you value your belongings, your money, or your time, do not rent here. This facility is a massive security risk, and management shows a complete and total lack of common sense: Zero Security: My unit was previously broken into, and management never fixed the damaged door latch. Not recommended. Storage Insurance mandatory,which protects the company only. Roach control is horrible. I absolutely hate that is company took over. I was a customer for 2 & 1/2 years. Not satisfied.
