I filled out all the required information online, paid to use a unit, and was assigned a unit number. I showed up with a U-haul to find that there was a lock on the unit. It took almost 2 hours of going back and forth on the phone to get someone who could help. Someone from a different location was able to assign a different unit number to me. I had an absolute horrible experience with this company. I had not one issue with the previous company.
It was an amazing experience. I called to verify availability and was assisted with minimum wait times. When I arrived I was greeted and assisted quickly. The representative at the store was amazing and made it an easy transaction after a long day of moving. 10/10 service
I would give 0 stars. I would not recommend usingthis business. We have been on auto draft since April and have had our storage unit locked on 3 separate occasions (that we are aware of) even though the bill was paid. We currently went in to switch cards on files and ask the manager Kerissa if she could fix this to prevent our unit from being locked again.
