If I could leave 0 stars I would. 1 STAR MONEY HUNGRY! Units are outdated and definitely NOT worth what they charge. Had to put my own refrigerator in because the one provided was raggedy as hell. They nickel-and-dime you for everything, and the fees/charges add up QUICK. Want your $ but can’t even keep up with the yard. House was NOT cleaned before moving in. Very dirty, dish washer filled with dead roaches. Very little consideration for tenants, just want their money. WATCH OUT and READ EVERYTHING before signing anything... read more
I wish I could give zero stars. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. The listing for a property was very misleading. The property was very dirty and roach infested. After admitting fault on their end, they still refused to return deposits! I would stay far away from these realtors!!!
If you’re in need of a realtor company, I strongly recommend avoiding Sulphur C Reality Company. The listings are misleading, and the properties are not livable despite how they appear online. There is no wifi. If I could give zero stars I would.
