Second time recently they've been out of receipt tape at the pumps necessitating going inside for the receipt and having to stand behind several people making other non gas purchases. Not convenient at all. Very frustrating...please fix the process!
Very nice gas stop area. Clean and new. The only thing I wish for was a pet relief area. I travel with my dog at least every other month traveling from Las Vegas to California and back. I used to stop in the Tehachapi for gas and snacks, now I stop here but unfortunately I still have to make a pit stop for my pup at Tehachapi. It would be nice if I could take the "Tehachapi " potty break out of the equation for her. Just a suggestion, other than that great place.
Your policy about expired ID that comes with the DMV seal replacement paper is extremely inconsiderate and bad customer service. You are not the DMV, your job is to check if someone’s of age and move on. A paper ID with an expired ID is considered a valid form of identification by California. Also, your team members seem to be racist and have bad customer service. I noticed a white guy before was able to make his purchase without even showing identification.
Had an interview with Ashley Keller, todd and 2 other lady’s. To my understanding the interview went well I was called with an hour with a job offer. Going into this interview I made it very clear I was looking for a pm shift with open availability on weekends. The scheduler Ashley even asked what I would consider a pm shift and wrote it down, so being offered the job I assumed they could accommodate this.
