Ordered the Italian Beef with Au Jus and Onion Rings and the Fried Mushrooms through jonesboro2go.com. The fried mushrooms were adequate at best. Instead of onion rings, I received french fries that were soggy and tasteless. The Italian Beef had no flavor and very tough. The french bread was soaked to the point that I could only to eat it with a fork. The Au Jus was like dirty water. Needless to say, I ended up throwing most of it away. First time ordering from there; very disappointed.

Want to say thanks to Sully’s restaurant today you have blessed me and my friend. We were on the way to trumann to have thanksgiving dinner and we were rear ended on Speedway in Trumann. The guy that hit us drove off. We spent the afternoon in the hospital. It was 400pm and we had not eaten all day and You provided us with thanksgiving dinner thank you very much

This is the first time we’ve given this place another chance in over a year. The food and staff was much better than before, but we sat and watched a young girl carry her puppy into the kitchen. When we asked the server if we had actually just seen a little girl with a dog go into the kitchen she said “yes that’s her service dog” Okay...But why is there an animal in the kitchen? called in an hour and half before picking up my order...deep dish pizza and large house salad with thousand island. arrived and there was no one at the bar that worked there....someone at the bar went to the kitchen to get someone. pizza was ready but salad was not. he asked if I wanted a large or small salad....told them in the kitchen I wanted a large house salad with Italian. Service was ridiculously slow, and food came out cold and burnt after waiting 50 minutes from order to table.
