This is not a family restaurant. It’s a bar/club. Took 10 mins to be waited on then another 15 mins to get drinks, after complaining where our drinks were. Owner, well who think is the owner, explained that bartender was taking a togo order. I ordered a martini and it was horrible. I tried to get a different type and they told me no, they could fix the already made one, and that they couldnt exchange for a different drink or refund. We have had a baby shower and a Christmas party here. Service and food was amazing both times!
I had only recently heard of this place and just tried it tonight. The food and service were both good. It's a Monday night and not many people were there. We had the spaghetti, Chicago dog, chicken tacos, hamburger and French fries. Everyone liked their food. We will be trying the pizza soon. Go Cubs!
I've taken my family there two times. The first time we left without eating after waiting 25 minutes and not even getting drinks. I thought we just went on a bad day. Went back last night service was horrible, server had zero personality and never checked on us after we got our food. I still would have come back again and made sure not to get the same server, but the food was the worst food ever. This place came recommended by the lady at the hotel. After reading reviews I was reluctant to visit, I am so glad I did. I got a jumbo Italian beef. The thing was huge so I figured it might be tough or poor quality, nope it was piles and piles of delicious tender beef with a flavorful au jus. I had no complaints. Next time I do not need a jumbo. The fries that came on the side tasted like fresh cut and fried potatoes. This will be my new go to place when I am through Jones boro.
The food was good however it took forever to get. All we had was hotdogs and fries. Not sure why it took so so long? Not happy with food service.
Went today to have a family lunch.Ended up getting horrible service,cold food and payed way to much for what lil we did get.This wasn't the 1st time we have tried the place out.I thought maybe it had gotten better.......
