I love this place would recommend this place to everyone. The customer service is the best. Ask for Kim she is so nice and welcomes you and makes you feel at home
I love this place the customer service I get when coming in makes make feel like family. Especially Kim at the front desk she is the best so friendly.
I had a great experience at Sullivan’s dealing with Kim and Tim Hicks. From the time I walked in, I was greeted with kindness by Kim and to the extended customer service of dealing with Tim in explaining the issues and how they were resolved. I will return for future issues and recommend anyone to go there for their vehicle service needs.
Came in to Sullivan's without an appointment - was helped almost immediately by JOE - he confirmed that the battery needed to be replaced. He took care of it on the spot!!! Kim helped me to checkout - always with a smile!!! Love Sullivan's!!!
