I lived here for over 3 years starting when they opened in 2021. Overall a decent place and was much more affordable than other studio options in town. Front office staff turnover was bad for a while but then Cyndi joined and was always very organized, prompt, and respectful with my requests or questions. Pros: Price, central location, spacious studios, gym facility, coffee machine in lobby, plenty of protected parking, good air conditioning! I scheduled a tour with them online, got a confirmation, then when I came to the community nobody was in the leasing office. I waited for half an hour and received no further communication. I would not recommend dealing with this community if you enjoy clear communication and professionalism.

The leasing agents here were not forthcoming about the fact that my partner and I were applying to a low income unit before taking our money for an application and partial security deposit. In fact we were explicitly told false information about the income requirements. They also won’t answer emails or phone calls in our attempts to reach them about this.
