I scheduled a tour with them online, got a confirmation, then when I came to the community nobody was in the leasing office. I waited for half an hour and received no further communication. I would not recommend dealing with this community if you enjoy clear communication and professionalism.
The leasing agents here were not forthcoming about the fact that my partner and I were applying to a low income unit before taking our money for an application and partial security deposit. In fact we were explicitly told false information about the income requirements. They also won’t answer emails or phone calls in our attempts to reach them about this.
It’s been since December and so far I’m pretty happy here. The staff isn’t super personable or charismatic lol But they’re on top of things for the most part. If there’s an issue, they want to do their part to help the best they can. The person who lived in my apt before me had a cat that urinated all over the apt. It smelled awful, it was soaked in the floor and paint. DO NOT LIVE HERE. This has been, by far the worst place I've lived in. The A/C smells like mold, the manager Cindy is the worst human being I have ever met, the pool and Jacuzzi have been down for as long as I've lived here (I better not be paying for that amenity), the washers and dryers are always down. There are literally 4 working washers for the entire complex. My neighbor's got in trouble for leaving 2 pairs of shoes in front of their own door. I'd give a pros and cons list but there aren't any pros. The kitchen isn't ... read more
I’ve lived here for over a year, so time for an honest review. It has its problems, but overall an affordable and comfortable place to live. The walls are thick, which is the most important thing to me. I never hear my neighbors. The studio apartments are much larger than most in Portland, and have good appliances. This used to be an extended stay hotel, so must units are studios and most residents seem to be younger, 20s-30s. Very few families (fine with me.) The pool will never reopen, and they’ve been saying for a year it... read more
