Understaffed. Sign on door " servers, etc.- needed" Sat at bar, waited for service. Waited for food, waited for silverware. Server from a table brought my food- "Did you order the XYZ?" Yes, I said. Plopped the dish down next to me. No silverware, no napkin. Cold food, asparagus not cleaned or trimmed, salmon had black char from grill- cold, not fresh. No lemon, some lemon butter sauce pooled on plate. Plate was white with dark, worn marks on it. Had to ask the person washing glasses at the bar for silverware. Bartender did ... read more
