Mike has been extremely helpful and incredibly easy to work with right from the start! 10/10 would, and have, recommend Sullivan's Storage to anyone and everyone I possibly can. The condition of the units, the security of the facility, and the ease of getting the unit set up are excellent. We so appreciated the lock and three keys being included so we did not have to go out and buy that ourselves. Mike made everything so simple, and the storage space was really clean and easy to access. Communication was great, and the whole price was smooth even though we were coordinating from the other side of the state.
The owner is such a nice man, always cheerful and helpful. Really excellent customer service, and the facility is nice and orderly.
