This guys is pretty much a crook. I hired him to do some renovations on my house back in May 2024. He gave me the lowest estimate out of a couple of other contractors and from that I should have known better. I was surprised his number was so low, so I went over the work a second time with him just to make sure he understood what I wanted and to give him a chance to see if he would raise his number, he didn't. Kevin was amazing!!! Our heater stopped working on a holiday, Kevin came out that same day and got us a quote to have it replaced (it was 25 years old so we already had been told by others and knew it needed to be replaced). Got us the quote the same day and it was installed the following day. Not to mention Kevin's quote was about half of the other quotes we have received. Will 100% be recommending and using his services again.

Totally confused. This company was supposed to come out to look at my heater this morning at 10. It is 12 thirty and no.phone call after I left 2 messages. I am a senior citizen and my house is freezing. Yet all of his reviews are great?

Sullivan's heating & cooling helped out alot. My heat went out in the middle of the night, and they came out fast to fix it. My pilot light went out and my flame sensor needed to be replaced. Sullivan walked me through everything that needed to be done. I will highly recommend him to anyone.
