Made the best out of a crappy situation. Crew was very kind, and they worked primarily around my schedule. I appreciate that.

Still can't believe you were able to salvage all of my stuff in my basement. Thanks for drying us up, and next year I will remember to check my sump pump prior to the winter thaw. On a side note I always thought it was a sub pump. Just another thing I learned. Thanks again.

Had Sullivan's Cleaning clean some rugs for me...These belonged to my great grandmother. They have been in the family for a long time. They are not common rugs and are known as tapestries. I searched the internet for a long time before finding someone qualified to clean these for me. I called and they refered me to Bruce who is the carpet tech at Sullivan's.
