Terrible customer service
Sullivan Hayes is not professional at all, I have been trying to call for the past week on a location they have available but no one ever calls back. after calling again today I Finally I spoke to GRANT MAVES ! and I was just telling him what my call was for very rudely he was like Uh sorry I can't help you with that even if its my listing you need to contact Wyatt . Sullivan Hayes represents a blighted building on my street that has been designated as a "Neglected and Derelict Building" by the City of Denver since July 2024. I have made repeated outreach to the brokerage and the City of Denver regarding the urgent need to secure the premises, monitor the location, and mitigate the endless trash and dumping.
