Ordered a half cord 3 weeks ago. I never received it and had multiple delivery date changes. Asked for refund and never received it. I will continue to call until I get my full refund.
Had a good experience with Sullivan. To minimize wait time, I called, but other than that, everything went smoothly. The guys stacked the wood and cleaned up after. I'd order from them again.
Ordered a half cord, was delivered in about a week. Will order again.
They came and removed a tree and charged me $3500 on my insurance. He busted my septic tank and my husband seen it. Gage would not take responsibility. I asked him if he needed to know where anything was and he said no he got this.

From start to finish, this transaction has been a frustrating experience. 1. Initial Delivery Issues The first batch of firewood I received was wet and unusable.
