Had a good experience with Sullivan. To minimize wait time, I called, but other than that, everything went smoothly. The guys stacked the wood and cleaned up after. I'd order from them again.
Ordered a half cord, was delivered in about a week. Will order again.
They came and removed a tree and charged me $3500 on my insurance. He busted my septic tank and my husband seen it. Gage would not take responsibility. I asked him if he needed to know where anything was and he said no he got this.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Sullivan Tree & Yard Service related to purchasing "seasoned" firewood. From start to finish, this transaction has been a frustrating experience. 1. Initial Delivery Issues The first batch of firewood I received was wet and unusable. While they offered to correct the issue with 75 extra dry pieces, it took multiple follow-ups and over three weeks past the promised delivery date to actually receive the replacement wood. 2. They moved the delivery date multiple times without any notice (i had to call them), in addition to not giving a delivery window time frame. So I couldn't leave the house until they showed up. Their website says the wood is dry and seasoned. It was not. It was very freshly cut and also wet. I'll now have to wait several months to use it and buy more wood for this season. Very disappointed. Do not recommend and won't be using again.
