I could have done without the sexist comments while getting my oil changed today. When the man working the desk told me that they could replace my air filters he remarked, "So, are you going to wait on changing them or put them on Daddy's credit card?" The comment was uncalled for and sexist. Even though I'm sure the oil change was fine, I don't want to deal with that kind of customer service in the future.
My husband just bought 2new tires - told them to mount in FRONT cuz my front tires were bald. My back tires were ok. He picked my van up @ 5:00. They TOOK my GOOD TIRES OFF BACK and put the BALD TIRES ON REAR!!! Now my GOOD TIRES ARE AT SULLIVAN AND IM LEFT WITH 2 BALD TIRES!!! What the heck am I supposed to do now? Drive around all weekend with BALD TIRES??? OMG I AM FURIOUS !!! I want my TIRES AND MY $$ BACK!! If I get in an accident this weekend I will be SUING SULLIVAN TIRE!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUSLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
