My husband had a flat tire while running an errand in Bridgewater, about an hour and a half from home. He stopped at Sullivan Tire for a patch, per a recommendation. He was told he would have to leave his truck over night, which was not feasible for us. When he asked if he could have the tire changed or change it in the parking lot quickly, the man working said unkindly, "you can do what you want but I will call the police". He did not offer any other type of solution or help. Absolutely terrible service.
RecommendedGreat service and experience at the Lewiston store over the last year. Knowledgeable about the tires they sell for the application and were awesome about warranty items. I had brakes done almost a year ago and one of them started to make a noise. They changed it out after diagnosing the problem without any hassle. The tech spoke to me personally and was great.

How could Sullivan tire improve?, they ask-- When you give your customer a set appointment for 10 AM in the morning then tell them when they get there that it is a 1st come 1st serve so your truck won't be ready until 3:30-4PM. This happened during the corona virus so it was drop off only. I put myself at risk and paid the gas for the two trips to go there and leave without my tires. Id say HONOR your appointments!
RecommendedGot 4 brand new Yokohama tires put on yesterday. Great service and turnaround time! After initially dreading buying four 20” tires for my truck to begin with, it didn’t help seeing the prices for notable brand tires. I ended up ordering the low end economy tires. When I brought my truck in, I was shown some pretty stellar rebate options for the Yokohamas that ended up being only a few dollars more! Great deal and I’m happy!
How can you guys justify charging a customer $320 for a 22in tire whic oh conveninetly you only had a Pirelli in stock for my brothers truck. No other tires that he could have chosen from at all huh? Seems legit smh, off to anywhere else then there. ✌
