Great service!
Went to get my tires rotated and balanced. They do this for free every 6000 miles. They found that the valve caps I had bought were not lined properly and had welded themselves onto the valve stems due to dissimilar metals. My fault - the logo valve caps ordered online should never have bought them. Doug and the crew heated the caps up with a small torch and were able to successfully get them all off -replace them with traditional black caps which I should have used from the start. Went in a little late to have the tires checked on my car as I was aware that I needed new tires soon. Unfortunately “soon” ended up being immediately. Ed, who I believe was the sales rep who helped was outstanding. Not knowing too much about cars at all, he went over everything with me that had to be addressed with my vehicle. They were able to schedule me an early appointment first thing next day to replace all four tires. The mechanics team did a phenomenal job with my car and is now driving better than before. The Medway team is amazing! I took my car here for the first time this morning (after hearing great things from my coworkers) and I was extremely impressed! Ed, Doug and the rest of the guys are so professional and nice. They tested my car and fixed the problem in ONE HOUR!!! They even offered to drive me back to work when I dropped off my car. When they found the problem and fixed it, they sent me a video explaining what they did and how they fixed it. Then they promptly called me and I had my car back before lunch! I can't... read more
I've been taking my car to the location in Norwood for the last 3-4 years, and more recently to their new location in Medway. Every visit has been a superb service experience! The team obviously has lots of great knowledge and experience, and they're always prompt and beyond courteous. Two thumbs way up!
