Excellent service. I especially appreciated Owen’s help re: my failed car inspection. They were honest and did their best to bring down my total bill. Rather than talking me into 4 new tires, they went and found 2 more of the same matching tires and drove to pick them up. When Owen realized my son was under the weather, their courtesy shuttle brought us home. We even stopped at the store so I could get milk and juice for my son. I sat in the waiting room at Sullivan tire yesterday for about 2 hours waiting for four new tires. I was so impressed with the customer service and attitude of each employee the whole time I was there. Not just to customers in the store but also to co-workers, people on the phone and people who walked in with emergencies. The employees made everyone feel comfortable and went above and beyond to explain things and help with a smile on their face. I'm so pleased with my experience, thank you!
