How can you guys justify charging a customer $320 for a 22in tire whic oh conveninetly you only had a Pirelli in stock for my brothers truck. No other tires that he could have chosen from at all huh? Seems legit smh, off to anywhere else then there. ✌
RecommendedI bought new tires here, and was told that I needed an alignment which would require a cam kit to complete. The mechanic managed to complete the job without using the additional part, saving me money. Also one of my tie rods has some play in it, but was told not to worry about it yet. It's rare to find a mechanic who goes above and beyond to save the customer money. Sullivan's also provides free shuttle service so you don't have to sit there and wait. Very happy customer here.
We had an emergency situation with a flat tire out of state. Manny the manager in Fall River was amazing. Helpful, kind, and professional.

Two hours and 40 minutes my car sat untouched waiting for them to look at a leaky tire (theirs). Not a single soul in the waiting area but me, and absolutely no apology when I asked for my keys back, after they ignored me standing at the counter for 5 minutes. My tire still is flat and they’ve lost a customer.
I called asking about ride height for a truck and they said to go to a website, so when you try and reject me ill tell you to go to the website. Smh
