Bought tires with free rotation balancing alignment with replacement for life
Do not use this company. The are in business to sell. Had an inspection done and they Failed it because they said it had a moist area on the steering. The cost to repair this through them was $1478.00. I called three other repair shops to get a quote for the same service which was listed on Sullivan Tires repair quote. The other repair shops quote $650 to $700 for the same work. I feel this auto service is a straight arrow. There are many auto service centers that gouge customers on auto repairs. I feel that Sullivan is one of the good guys.
Steer clear unless you like to throw money away. Spent $1300 on a car that's not fixed. Choose location as I broke down in front of it and had used them for tires in the past with okay pricing. Not only did they mark up local tow charges from $65 to $89, but parts were marked up on average by 60%. I brought my vehicle to Sullivan tire because I failed a safety inspection. It was due to the windshield wiper lever that was broken. I left my vehicle to be repaired and paid the bill. $183.00's. The next day I felt the steering wheel sticking. I notified Sullivan tire. Before I could get my vehicle there, the steering wheel froze somewhat and veered me off the road.
