RecommendedAs member of RED SOX NATION ARIZONA, I was watching a recent Sox MLB televised game which included local commercials. Saw an ad for Sullivan Tire and their Sox schedule magnet give-a-way. I took a chance and shot them off an E mail requesting one and they were happy to oblidge. I also got key chain and a personal message from Paul Sullivan,thanking me for supporting the Red Sox. Went to get my tires rotated and balanced. They do this for free every 6000 miles. They found that the valve caps I had bought were not lined properly and had welded themselves onto the valve stems due to dissimilar metals. My fault - the logo valve caps ordered online should never have bought them. Doug and the crew heated the caps up with a small torch and were able to successfully get them all off -replace them with traditional black caps which I should have used from the start. So than this happened. Sent the wife to the appointment that we made but she still had to wait 30 min. before they started. They than came in 45 min. later ( on one tire ) to tell her we need a cabin filter and an air filter. She kindly told them that I take care of all the maintenance and will change them on the next oil change which I did today. I found that the cabin filter was no longer in the car.
