How could Sullivan tire improve?, they ask-- When you give your customer a set appointment for 10 AM in the morning then tell them when they get there that it is a 1st come 1st serve so your truck won't be ready until 3:30-4PM. This happened during the corona virus so it was drop off only. I put myself at risk and paid the gas for the two trips to go there and leave without my tires. Id say HONOR your appointments!
Failure to fully diagnose the problem had me paying for a repair that won't work until another mechanism costing more than twice as much is ordered and installed. Adding insult to injury, not all of the scheduled was addressed when I was told the car was ready, requiring more time, more frustration, and my leaving with far less money and the same repair issue I arrived with.
Been coming here for several years and always feel I've been treated fairly. Any questions I've had were answered honestly and in a non condescending way. Procedures done to my car were explained in detail and occasionally parts have even been presented as a type of proof of service. I've even been able to get advice on other cars and features. I highly recommend them!
Called to get an estimate on putting my new (already bought) tires on. $80 PER TIRE. Also asked if they could look over the car and tell me what else it needs...$50 + the $40 if I want it inspected. Well, I went somewhere else. They charged me $80 TOTAL to put my 4 New tires on and that included the balance. They also went through the entire car and made me an estimate on everything it needed FOR FREE...including brakes (which Sullivan Tire charges extra for). Big thank you to all the guys at the shop. I'm a plow truck operator and I blew a tire in middle of a storm today. These guys went outta their way to find a difficult size tire to find for me and replace it as soon as they possibly could. I was able to get right back to my route. Thanks guys
I just went to Sullivan tire this week, I had heard of some horror stories about them lying and ripping people off. But I was in a bind and needed it done. I figured my car was only a year old so I figured no problem. NOT! I know it's small but they told me I needed new wipers,really? I have just driven my car in two days of rain and had no problem with them, they said they were streaking so did they just pour water on my window and test them that way? Lame! Service manager (and mechanics I believe) tried to pad the bill on a popped rear brake cylinder on my 2001 Dakota sport. They (incorrectly) told me that the backing plates needed to be replaced because the brake lines could not be bled without breaking them.
