I’ve had a really frustrating experience living in this community with my pet. The issues started from day one when our apartment was handed over to us in an unclean state(attached photos). It took multiple requests just to get it cleaned properly. Despite being advertised as a “pet-friendly” community, the reality is quite the opposite. During our recent move to Sullivan Luxury Apartment the leasing agent Adi was diligent and professional. We are pleased with our choice .
The maintenance guy Rick came up to us and asked us if we needed anything or if we would like a tour I wish all apartment complexes had service like this.
Its great to live here.
