They have one of the best maintenance guy Kiegan!! He is amazing. He does all the maintenance work super fast and is so good with all the work you need!
I really like living here. Both the apartments and the surrounding grounds are consistently well-maintained. The administration team is incredibly kind and helpful, and the maintenance staff is highly active—they address every single ticket as soon as possible. Plus, an extra perk is that the complex has ample parking spaces.
I have to say I am always BLOWN AWAY with the maintenance crew at Sullivan Square! Every single member is so kind and helpful, and recently I got Rick to help me with replacing my fridge handle and to get me paint for my apartment! The maintenance crew literally is like 5 star quality! It feels amazing to receive help when other apartments really don’t care!
Kiegan was super helpful. Came on the same day, fixed the issue and was super helpful.
