It is such a pleasure to call a Dr.s office, and find a REAL person on the other end rather than push this push that and then getting voice mail, or worse not answering at all. I so appreciate a smaller practice that does the following: Answers the phone, ability to speak to a nurse right away, Dr. who will return a call in les than 15 minutes, after hours call back from the nurse, giving her personal cell number. I have been going to Dr Sullivan for years, including thru my cancer treatment. My adult son also sees him. Have has always through and willing to answer my questions. He took care of my father when he lived in Scottsdale. Highly recommend
Excellent staff. Feel like part of the family. Dr Sullivan is truly a an artist in his trade and enjoys helping the patient get or remain healthy.
Wonderful office staff, very friendly and personal. This is the first Drs office that I didn't feel I was being rushed out of his office for the next patient. Takes the time to listen and address concerns. Would highly recommend him and his staff.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Sullivan’s for several years. His knowledge is always shared in a way that is easily understandable, the time he spends is unhurried and always caring, and his office staff are also always pleasant and helpful. He’s truly an excellent doctor.

I am a 80 year old lady that has been going to Dr. Sullivan for over 10 years. I have sent 3 of my friends to him & they are just as happy as I am with him. Horrible experience with these people and have filed a complaint with Arizona Baard of OE. I called to make my first appointment with Sullivan. The lady on the phone who booked the appointment asked what kind of medicine I was taking. I told her the one. We booked the appointment and I took time off of work. About 2 days before the appointment, someone from his office called me and said because I was taking that medication, he would not take me on as a patient. MY experience with Dr. Sullivan has been WONDERFUL for 10 years, I am 80 years old & have seen a lot of Dr.'s in those years, but none like Dr. Sullivan. He is a GREAT Dr. Has a great staff working for him also. Give him a try, you won't be sorry
