What does "lifetime warranty" mean to you? Sullivan Roofing gave me a new roof 12 years ago with a lifetime warranty. Today a leak in the roof was fixed by Tim Sullivan the owner of Sullivan Roofing. A man of his word, he stood by his warranty. Integrity of workmanship means everything. Thank you to Sullivan Roofing for excellence in customer satisfaction.

Tim was very responsive and very accommodating from the call to get an estimate for replacing my roof, right thru the project and payment. His crew were all very professional and courteous and were quick to answer any questions I had. I would recommend calling them to anyone who is looking for a roofing company.

Tim and his crew replaced roofs on my home, garage, and two outbuildings. The new shingles look great and I am so very happy with the color. The crew worked effortlessly and professionally through the week. Very hard workers and pleasant to talk to and ask questions. Anything I needed done, they did resolve my requests.
