Best contractor I've hired in a long time. Showed up when they said they would, and did a good job. Ended up reducing the job scope slightly as my chimney didn't need new flashing like I thought and they took the cost off the final invoice. Tim the owner is very responsive. I asked the crew to do few specific things (remove an old satellite dish, move vehicles for a delivery, etc) and they were happy to oblige.

Just had our roof done by Sullivan Roofing and highly recommend them. They were super professional and efficient, working hard and finishing our job beautifully and quickly. The owner explained everything they would be doing, and they followed through on all the details. We had some gardens close to the house, and they didn't damage a single plant.
