This guy is unresponsive. He came out to look at a roof repair job for me and said he would complete it the next day. Fast forward a week later, now I cannot get a hold of him. He has not returned to do the job. He will not respond to texts and hangs up on me when I call. I was depending on him according to his word. He left me hanging with a leaky roof, screwing up my schedule. How hard is it to answer a phone and say you don't want the job instead of leaving a customer hanging? Mr. Sullivan has put a roof on two of my houses. He did an excellent job, both times! The jobs were done on schedule and for the agreed price (no hidden cost). I would definitely hire him again.
