Excellent family run business. If we have special needs, we just call, and they always come to help.
Once again our trash was not picked up. This seems to be a reoccurring event at least once a month. Also, answering the phone when customers call might be a great first step to improving business performance.
We have been using Sullivan Refuse since we moved to North Lincoln over a decade ago and have never had missed service or refusal to pick up items. Their customer service is very prompt and personal with responses to my requests being answered within the same day, sometimes emails being answered within minutes. I highly recommend their services.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Spent 4 days calling and leaving messages about a missed stop(happens frequently), no answer. Only to have the boss call me at 7am to tell me he personally picked my trash up the day before. I told him he was wrong and that my trash was still on the curb with the neighbors so they sent someone out who decided to argue with me about how he picked up the trash already...
