I had the pleasure of working with both Kayden Schubert and Brandon Beyer for purchasing and selling a home. They made the process rather easy. They were both very knowledgeable and were easy to get a hold of with any questions or concerns. I will be using them again for any future real estate needs.

Kayden went above and beyond to help me find the perfect home! We looked at well over 50 homes (probably more like 80) and it took almost a year, yet he never became frustrated or impatient. Kayden was always completely honest and overwhelmingly supportive with my feelings. It was a pleasure working with him and I look forward to having him over to my new home.
We cannot recommend Justin Bauer from Sullivan Realty enough. He was patient with us (took us almost 1 1/2 years to find a house) and was so helpful when we found the right one. He is very knowledgeable about houses, any issues, etc. and was also very helpful at closing time. He was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We would use Justin again if we are ever in the market for a property or house in Jo Daviess County.
I can’t say enough about Justin Bauer. He helped me through the process of selling my house from beginning to the end. He made it incredibly easy to understand each step. The communication was top notch and I never felt I was ever in the dark. If you want someone who is going to always look out for your best interests, look no further than Justin. Would absolutely (and already have) recommend him to anyone looking to sell/buy their home.
