Told me over the phone that they could clean out my corrugated gutter drains. Upon arrival the tech told me they could not clean out my drains because they were corrugated. So instead of telling me over the phone they couldn't do it. They sent out the tech who knew it couldn't be done so they could charged me $71 dollars for the call out.
