5-Stars! I always receive great service here. They take great care of my GLC and its always washed when I pick it up.
Waited over 3 hours for an oil change. I’m heading back home and notice my oil levels are low because they didn’t put enough oil. I had to turn around just for them to put the oil in. I drove from Danville to have this work done.
quick and efficient - service team went above and beyond to send my van rental company photos of our vehicle following a collision while on the road
I really appreciated the texts re: progress during the computer updates on our vehicle. It’s always nice to have a nice clean vehicle to pick up too!
I had a very positive service experience at this dealership. My older Mercedes had an extended warranty issue that needed to be repaired, and it was handled professionally by the Service group here.
