I specifically made an appointment for B service 10 days in advance, one where I could wait to have it done. It took 3.5 hours to change the oil, oil filter, and fuel filter, which cost $1,236. And they couldn't complete the brake fluid change. I felt robbed of my time and money.

Amazing experience with Mercedes-Benz of Champaign. Doug in service was helpful in getting my Sprinter in within a couple of weeks and A.K., the Sprinter technician went out of his way to acquaint me with my first German diesel vehicle. A.K. is one of the few of the younger generation who actually understands customer service. And I, for one, will bypass a business that fails to understand this important factor. This is my permanent dealer from now on.
