Chuck / Charles in the service department was super helpful. We had a major issue in that we needed the car to go out of state. The part wasn’t going to be here for a week but I asked to have it overnighted and the parts department was able to make that happen and Chuck made sure the work was completed in time. Chuck stayed in contact with me the entire time and kept me informed along the way. I felt at times like I was being a pest and he assured me I was not.
