We were greeted on time by a very friendly person. The supervisor had a list in hand of my.concerns and the recall issues. Our loaner car was ready, clean and equal.to what I drive. We were kept informed of the progress and notified immediately when it was done. When we arrived back my car was done and waiting. The supervisor went over all things they had checked and done and we got a printed copy.
Very good process and thorough search to find the right vehicle.
Keaton has great customer service skills. He listened to my needs with the car and kept me up to date for services rendered.
