They not only use state-of-the-art technology to give families beautiful results efficiently, they also have a delightful way of making you feel welcomed, informed and supported during the process. Orthodontal work takes time and is not easy, so these qualities cannot be underestimated. I have yet to find a medical professional who has a better bedside manner than this man (and his team). My children love going to Sullivan Orthodontics because "Dr. Sullivan and his staff are so nice, because of the prizes at the end, and because there is a hot chocolate table when you walk in"! Dr. Sullivan and his team, through their kindness and professionalism, have transformed a pretty difficult life experience for my kids into something they can not only "handle" but actually be comfortable with, take ownership of, and wear like a badge of honor. I can't imagine entrusting their care to anyone else.
My son Brendan always enjoys coming to his appointments. They are very friendly and we are always satisfied with the treatment. Thank you!
