Our air conditioner wasn’t working. Sullivan came the same day we called and within our requested time frame. The technician, Jevin was very polite and did a great job. The final bill was reasonable. I would recommend Sullivan to all.

Sullivan oil & Propane installed a tankless propane water heater and hooked up a propane heater. Their service representatives answered all our questions. The Sullivans run a first class operation.
I called Sullivan for service on a water heater & scheduled for Thursday, late that afternoon I gave them a call, the unit needed a water valve and they were to advise me of costs. I called late Friday & was told the tech was on his way to install the part, I was to receive a call regarding cost first. The cost was over $650. I told him not to proceed and send me a bill for the service call. Monday no call.
