I bought and paid cash for a Town home.as Is.It looked good and good price.It was my understanding,If there is any leaks or broken pipes they must disclose this information.well I had no idea what was waiting for me.The whole storage unit was distroyed.They knew it but did not disclose it.So I am stuck with a huge bill.Thank you got taking advantage of a widow.
I was ABSOLUTELY APPALLED at the level of UNPROFESSIONALISM, DISRESPECT, and flippant demeanor of Michael Sullivan when I met him for a tour. As he opened the door into one of the vacant units, a medium size brown bug dropped from the ceiling to the floor. Upon further inspection, the bug looked like a small cockroach. Rented a property for 1 year always paid on time, NEVER LATE. The first month I moved in the toilets started to leak and run it took them 3 times to come out and actually fix it “temporarily” until they broke again. Also ran my water bill up to $950 that I was held responsible for but in the lease it clearly states they have to cover the toilet leak so if it leaked and that wasn’t my fault I shouldn’t have to pay the consequence. Excellent realtor! Professional, great communication, worry free experience from start to closing. Michael helped us navigate the Durham housing market. Highly recommend.
Unprofessional, opened our mail and continually would reply to concerns with snarky comments. Disrespectful to my wife on multiple occasions, would charge us for things without notifying us. I don't recommend; there are plenty of good realtors and property managers out there.
