The apartments are beautiful! So if you’re fine with the washer and dryer working about 25% of the time and the landlords ignoring your emails (among many other issues) then this is great! Otherwise, keep looking. Not to mention they kept our security deposit- not because the apartment wasn’t cleaned before we left, but because they were unable to rent it out in the month AFTER we vacated. Like I said, the apartments themselves are beautiful, but if I could give a zero star review to the sullivan management crew, I would.
Edit: Dec 7 2020 I can not contact Sullivan management to get my deposit returned. They will not return texts, emails, or phone messages. But they will damn sure take JOE SKI's deposit and let him move in. Wow... Bad tenants. Horrible insulation in between apartments. No dumpsters. Only trash cans for 50+ tenants, they're always overflowing. Late night noise. Katerina does not do her job. All she does is get you to sign a lease. Then you're screwed for a year. If only I could rate zero stars. Sullivan managed 2 properties I own for the better part of 7 years. While they started out attentive and professional, the last 9 months (Jan-Sep 2020) before I switched away from them was abysmal. Months of unanswered phone calls and emails, late distribution of rents, essentially no real supervision of my properties. In fact, I had tenants subletting in one property in violation of our lease. I had a wonderful experience with Amber during my whole apartment search and moving process. Good communication and professional. The unit I rented was very clean. Not sure Why i see the negative reviews but everyone has their own opinion. I would highly recommend Sullivan management to anyone I know. Thanks for working with me!! Joe
