Sullivan Interiors just remodeled my en suite bathroom. By far, the BEST contractor I've ever worked with. Joel and his team have integrity, are highly professional, talented, communicative and incredibly easy to work with. Joel does a great job of outlining the scope of work and there were no surprises when the final bill came due at the end of the project. Sorry I had to be the one giving the one star review. Owner does the estimating but sends 2 KIDS to do the work. The tear out wasn't to bad just damaged the door frame and punctured the gasket, which I let go. The prep looked good. The finish work was substandard, something like a handy man would do. The owner never communicated fully what needed to be done to the KIDS. Tile was cut short and some were cut crooked. When I complained I got push back from the workers as well as from the owner. I can always count on Joel and his team to see our vision through and complete it with the quality and craftsmanship that meets my (high) standards. 10/10 Would recommend to anyone for great work and communication.
