Sullivan facilitates my car and home insurance and I wouldn't have it any other way. Matt Sacco and Jeff Mackie are both extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. The practice is great at what they do!
Very bad service, when contacting them they dont answer and they dont assist the client.
I have been with the Worcester Junior League for several years and have been recently appointed to handle the Treasury role. The Sullivan Group has been working with us for many years. They are exceptional at Customer Service. Sherri and Christina help to explain and clarify the coverage and policies we have with several companies and offer suggestions as well.
