Barbara Jeneral is the BEST insurance agent ever!! She always is on top of issues and responds immediately. She was my insurance agent while in Worcester for 35 years. When we moved out of state, it took years to find anyone even close to her skills.
This is the worst Insurance agency ever. They arranged a policy for me. And ive been calling them for TWO weeks now, to modify my policcy, (to remove a car) and they were ‘never’ able to do it.. until the insurance agency “Quicy Mutual” (also the worst insurance with no mobile app, no email notifications, and their mobile website doesn’t work well either) cancelled my insurance for non payment. now i cant get insurance due to a “non-payment” thanks to them not wanting to modify my policy. I have left 2 messages and actually spoke to someone who transferred me to a ext. Apparently no one answers phones or messages. This has been going on for over two weeks and still no response. I have used Sullivan for over 12 years and this new company that has taken over is terrible. UNACCEPTABLE. LOUSY SERVICE.
Best customer service experience. They've been my mother's insurance agents for years and they helped me with switching everything over with ease.
I'm in the. process of transferring a title and registration. There gave been a few hiccups. I've been working with Grazelle and she's been fabulous. So helpful.
