If I think about something worse than hell, I definitely think about dealing with this management company: it’s the worse!!! I rented an apartment with them and it turns out my neighbor is a druggy dealer/addicted with no job, that has loud music/TV on 24/7 that blocks the “hallway” and my apartment entrance door on/off. I was also informed my neighbor had an “healthcare provider” living with him that was banned to be on property because he is such a criminal. This management company is one of the worst I've ever had to deal with. I caution anyone thinking of hiring them for management or renting from them. Simple issues that could be resolved easily aren't. And they are also reckless. Including, as an example, leaving a ladder outside of a first floor patio in an area that has been plagued by theft and break-ins (which was the direct cause of a theft).
