I’ve had a very positive experience with Sullivan‑Demetri. The manager, Bill, was thoughtful, understanding, and genuinely kind during a recent and somewhat sensitive situation involving my disabled adult son. He listened carefully, was fair, and worked with me to find a reasonable solution. In an area where property management can sometimes feel impersonal, this was the opposite. I’m very grateful for the professionalism and humanity shown, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the agency.
Fixes issues extremely quickly, responsive, very friendly management. Every time I submit a maintenance request it is taken care of quickly!

The worst renting experience I’ve ever experienced you would think after 3 years of getting complaints from Claudia being rude and unprofessional to all the tenants they’d fire her or get her in check but nope horrible attitude customer service and extremely rude. I hope you all don’t have to go through the same experience there’s termites eating up the apartment floors they’ve had pest control come and put some medicine or some stuff in the walls but it hasn’t done nothing at all.
