Worst management and completely insensitive. Uncaring and arrogant people stay away and safe yourself from a terrible management environment. Probably the worst in all Santa Monica!
I’ve had a very positive experience with Sullivan‑Demetri. The manager, Bill, was thoughtful, understanding, and genuinely kind during a recent and somewhat sensitive situation involving my disabled adult son. He listened carefully, was fair, and worked with me to find a reasonable solution. In an area where property management can sometimes feel impersonal, this was the opposite. I’m very grateful for the professionalism and humanity shown, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the agency.
Fixes issues extremely quickly, responsive, very friendly management. Every time I submit a maintenance request it is taken care of quickly!
They have been managing my property for the last 25 years. I had found that they've done it with true professionalism.
