Rude and dismissive staff.
Judgmental and dismissive. They told me not to come in to waste my time. How unprofessional and rude to say that to a patient . After calling a second time to tell them I’m still in pain. Don’t go here. Went somehwre else for a second opinion and was told the problem right away.
I’m from NJ and was in RI in July with an abscess/infection and needed a root canal. Dr. Sullivan took me on as a patient, treated my infection, and performed the root canal with a crown in place. Both Dr. Sullivan and his staff were terrific. He explained everything clearly and the root canal was painless and routine without any stress. I was very lucky to have found such an experienced professional. I recommend Dr. Sullivan without any reservations.
