Attempted to contact Richard based on seemingly great reviews and happy customers. It was all downhill.from the get go. Firstly, Richard took weeks to reply to my online enquiry and after two further text messages he eventually came around to quote on some house repairs Astonishingly, now months later, still have not heard a peep!
