We used Sullivan’s Builders for a living room addition and patio. We had such a great experience. Each step was clearly communicated and every detail was high quality. So often we hear how projects take weeks or months longer than initially planned, Sullivan’s finished exactly on time. I would highly recommend.

We hired Sullivan Builders to update a half-bathroom and rebuild our front porch. The design process was enjoyable (not a typo). SBI's project manager, Kevin, maintained superb communication throughout the project. Given the centurion home they started with, there were bumps in the road. But Kevin communicated the what, the why, and the how -- and his incredible carpenter Tony would execute on the solutions we discussed and agreed. Would (and very well may) hire again.

This was a fabulous experience, start to finish. We just completed a basement renovation and living room remodel with Sullivan Builders. From the moment we began planning, every person we worked with was an absolute pleasure. Kelly did a complete walkthrough with us before estimating. We worked with Matt Sullivan on the final budget, and we came in on budget- amazing. Most importantly, our project Manager, Kevin, and our site supervisor Dylan made a perfect team.
