Ed and his helper Mike recently completed a bathroom/closet remodel for us. They are punctual, work hard, and clean up afterwards. Within reason, everything was completed in a timely manner, despite the constant harassment by the owners to do little odds and ends. Ed Sullivan installed concrete bat & board siding for our house. He also did other small projects for us. He was professional, honest & very communicative on the progress of our house. He delivered on all promises in a timely manner. He also stuck with our agreed upon budget. We highly recommend him to our friends and family and will be using him again for more projects!
We hired Sullivan Builders after seeing an advertisement on one of the Canyon Lake Facebook pages. We were surprised and thrilled at Ed’s quick response to our inquiry to give us a quote on the work we needed performed. He was able to fit us into his schedule within two weeks and finished the work (plus some) in the timeframe he quoted.
