Id leave 0 stars if I could This dealer is not to be trusted. They will lie and deceive (I have caught them in 3 lies that I have in writing). They do not care about the consumer and will do nothing to make things right.I live out of states and the dealer sold me a 2021 Tundra TRD PRO for $55,898. They arranged for shipping ($1375) which I paid plus $5000 down. I specifically asked if the truck was certified and about the condition of the exterior and interior. Simple ***** mile service turns into a 3 1/2 hour nightmare had to go back three (3) times to get the service done completely and correctly and that is a check fluids / tire pressure and tire rotation on a NEW vehicle ***** mile service (thats it , yikes).frankly, that is the performance of an unprofessional and untrustworthy dealership !!!!! BE FOREWARNED !!!!!!

Brought vehicle in for warranty covered Oil change and multi point inspection. They advised front brake pads . Ok please do the pads . 2 and a half hours later the brakes were done . Not the problem . The issue was they started charging me for labor on the free stuff included in the warranty (oil change and inspection) . When I called ******** the the customer service representative for an explanation on the trumped up labor charge she was demonstrative, overbearing, rude and extremely unprofessional. Not bad for a reluctant car shopper I just bought a 2008 Toyota Rav4 lease turn in. The sales person was admittedly not as informed about the vehicle as he could have been, however he was friendly, entertained my gazillion questions, met most of my demands, and generally gave me a positive sales experience (I hate buying cars). Sales tactics were not overly high pressure. I would consider shopping there again, though I sincerely hope that is not for a long time.

I purchased a brand new 2021 Toyota Highlander Platinum from Sullivan Brothers Toyota, and they agreed to deliver it to me in Vermont. The brand new vehicle was delivered with a deep scratch across the front passenger’s side door. I took a picture of the vehicle showing the scratch where it was parked at the Vermont DMV when I arrived to take possession of the vehicle and complete the registration formalities. Most dishonest dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Do Not even think of buying anything from there. They will lie to you from the second they meet you. Toyota should investigate their sales practices and hopefully remove them from their network of dealers. Unprofessional.

The dealership sold us a $48,000 SUV with the included "promise" of two years complimentary maintenance, including "free oil changes". When the vehicle computer alerted us to a required oil change at 5,000 miles, we scheduled the service and brought the vehicle in for the service. We were told, despite the vehicle's onboard computer alert for an oil change that, "these new cars only need oil changes at 10,000 miles". They then offered a "free tire rotation". Really??
